MEN’s Easter Friday

True to its expectation the Easter Friday party was a dark yet laid back event, appropriate to the season and its venue. We thank Paul Fowler for his continued support in providing the space which is perfect for winter parties where back yards with tarps over them are a little too chilly to be naked in. Numbers were, however, higher than predicted. Fortunately the grog lasted well after pantsdown time as Sam, Ivano and Greg filled everyone’s glasses. One of the first to the sign in desk was the American Tex, arriving shirtless, sporting a 6'4" muscled and tattooed bod and so ready for action that he started his own party in the showers way before the regulation approved starting time. Sam from London was another suitably impressed international. Lots of hot men, lots of sling action.

David Malone did the invitation card design and printing. Rod up-dated the website and phone message line. The envelope stuffing and mail out was by Chris S, Jason and Steve, Mikey, Phillip, David T and Erling. Thanks to those who helped set up, Kell, Ivano, Patrick and Blair, who also signed guys in at the desk and of course Raymond who was our doorman for the night and David M the clothes check. Patrick and Kell also bagged and tagged. The success of the party was, in a large part, due to Jason and Steve who also did the shopping; the bar set up, transported the gear from the lock up, organised some volunteers, made up the guava and vanilla vodka cocktails, and even returned from dinner to help cart gear back.

As a rule of thumb the party does not end until the last man cums (twice!) or until we get kicked out so, as usual, those who were the last stayers found themselves exposed in flagrante delicto with the lights turned on and being handed rubber gloves to pick up and cart boxes down the stairs to the cars for transport back to the lock up. Phillip took the gear back to the lock up. No one ever quibbles about this necessary task and our thanks for the clean up go to Johnnie and John, Steve, Jason and Raymond, Mikey, Darren SH, the two Bills, Richard, Philip and Phillip, Ivano and those others whose names remain obscure. We thank you.

David sets the tone on our invitation card and newsletter for what is always a party which has a more raunchy edge to it.

The Invitation Card

For this post Inquisition party we have Chris Smyth designing the invitation card with quite an impressive debut. We are always after guys to volunteer their pics for the invitation card and the newsletter. So if you’re game just email them through (high resolution files for preference) or we can even arrange for some pics to be taken and we will put you in the queue!

A big thank you to David Malone and Mathew Huxtable and many other superb designers over the years who have put in a lot af time and resources to produce a wonderful set of very collectable invitations.

Sydney Leather Pride Association

Inquisition 13 is just part of a whole week worth of activities during Leather Pride Week. Many MEN are already well versed in the Leather / Rubber / Fetish world that SLPA exists for, but for you guys wanting to explore an edgier aspect to yourself and others then there are education workshops, lectures, the Forbes Street fair, art exhibitions and even a muscle competition to whet your appetite.
