Located on Cleveland St, opposite Coles, near the intersection of Crown Street, it has long been a feature of Sydney’s sub-cultures and is the perfect venue for Sleaze. Our Sleaze and Mardi Gras recovery parties are normally very large and finding a venue at all, let alone a large one, is always our greatest challenge as we need enough room to accommodate the expected mass of hot yet warm naked flesh that has become somewhat of a trademark of M.E.N parties. Our thanks go to Gretel (aka Madame Lash), also John, for providing an incredible venue for this party, also to Troy for setting it up. Guys who have been around a while may remember it as the venue for two RezErection Underwear Parties a few years back, when life was a little less regulated. After his triumph at the Mardi Gras M.E.N party earlier this year, Tony McGrath has again volunteered his services to create the right background mood as DJ for a Sleazy M.E.N Party. |

Impact BarWhilst on the issue of regulation, it is illegal in NSW to incite sexual activity in licensed premises. The law is an anachronism and is being used to subtly stifle the sexuality of gay men. No such problem exists in Europe (or seemingly in Melbourne for that matter) and whilst we do not often recommend commercial premises, the recently opened Impact Bar in Paris is perfect for the M.E.N traveller. You have to be naked and after having a drink at the bar you go down to the cellar with its vaulted ceiling, slings, mattresses and it is like a M.E.N party every night of the week! |

Queen’s Birthday PartyThe June party is usually a more intimate Sydney party than the one coming up but quality is always the criteria of excellence and the men at this party were stunning, taking full advantage of the horny environment provided by Paul Fowler. Paul, we appreciate the years of support you have given M.E.N. Thanks to those who stuffed envelopes, José and Joseph, Walter, Mikey and Warren. Set up was done by Raymond and Malcolm, David H, Andrew F (who had also designed the invitation card). Staying back to clean up were Lawrence, Malcolm and Karl from Melbourne who, late in the evening, had been seen roaming in his puppy mask and hand mitts, also did a great job at the bar. Darren S and Bill B, Nigel, Peter W (and it was his first party too!), Graham M also helped the clean up. |
